HCAO Internship Program Application

To be eligible for an HCAO internship, applicants must be enrolled in—and have completed at least one semester at—an accredited institution of higher education. Below is more information on each internship opportunity.

Program	Eligibility	Description
Legal Internship	Must be enrolled in a Juris Doctorate Program.	Gain experience in public interest law, legal research, document drafting, and courtroom work.
Communications & Outreach Internship	Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate Program.	Assist with social media, content creation, communications, and events/outreach.
Law Library Internship	Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate Program.	Support legal research, help patrons, maintain resources, and assist in educational initiatives.
Software Development Internship	Must be enrolled in an Undergraduate or Graduate Program.	Work on database development, software solutions, and system integrations in a legal setting.
